Second Opinion AGAIN

OKay,

Thanks to many on this line, I think a second opinion is DEFINATELY in order

here. I have never done this...do I call,lets say a plastic surgeon's office (a

well respected one of course) and tell them I would like to come in for a second

opinion about jaw surgery? I wonder if insurance pays for this?
