Well, I'm the oddball one here. I eat fruit for breakfast. I get

all kinds of trouble the rest of the day if I have anything else before

11AM. It seems like fruit should seriously annoy my gut (like it

would Marilyn) and I don't know why it doesn't, but it works for me. Now

after a year on the diet, on a good day or at least not a bad day, I can

top it with a spoonful of nut butter.

On a more normal level, why not make extra meat or whatever at dinner and

have leftovers available for breakfast? Maybe a nut flour muffin if you

are advanced enough? Smoothies?

hi has any1 got a nice breakfast recipe that dosnt include cottage

cheese or yogurt. or eggs as im sick ov those lol! thanx

Tammy

Back when my kidz were on an allergy diet we had fish for breakfast on a regular

basis... or anything else that was around. Basicly you just have to open your

mind about the definition of breakfast. It now has become " whatever makes me

not feel BAD! " .
