everyone, please trim your posts!, it's not necessary to post the entire thread every time you make a comment or reply, and it's a huge waste of space, and everyone's time also.I enjoy reading the list and everyone's comments, recipies, and such, but as a long-time scd'er and list member I remember how it used to be when folks had enough sense to trim all the stuff that's already been posted many times. after 12 yrs of scd and 35+yrs of chron's I think I probably have a few good pointers at least, and I enjoy helping others "get it right" on scd but it's almost to the point where I will unsubscribe because of all the long threads being reposted for every comment.please trim your posts!Steve
