Would say this is an issue to speak to a doctor about. Not being able to feel

may have to do with nerve damage which can come from many sources--from long

ago, or a recent injury. It can also occur to some extent if hormone levels

are off. If your state is not temporary, then a good and experienced doc who

specializes in what is sometimes called, reproductive health, is the one to see.
