Hi Fiona,

Sounds like your D is die-off to me. Most of us get an initial bunch

of trouble, right away, after a few days, or a few weeks. One always

thinks, " Oh, RATS, what am I doing wrong? " and really, you probably

are doing everything right and starting to kill off some bad

bacteria. This isn't very comfortable but it's a good thing and you

will probably feel better shortly. Be a bit careful about adding too

much too soon, though.
