Hi,

Does any of you use applesauce that they buy from a store. I remember reading

that in some cases you can buy those and they are legal. If you have experience

with this, please share it with me. What is it exactly that you buy and where?

I do not trust any store-bought applesauce. Apple sauce is so incredibly

easy to make -- I have an apple-peeler and corer, and peel maybe ten

apples, put them in a double boiler and cook under tender, then add honey

(if needed) and cinnamon (if desired, and whiz it up with a hand

blender.
