I can't even imagine eating such a thing as tofu and eggplant. YUCK!! I think this is from the same people that first brought us sushi. Who was the first restaurant who said "I think I'm going to conserve electricity and just serve the damn fish raw, and see if anybody will eat it." Maybe the same people bringing us tofu and eggplant and they're back in the kitchen laughing. :-D
