Hi,

I have had very limited internet/e-mail the last couple of weeks and am just

trying to catch up.

Just wanted to thank Marilyn for the recipes she generously shared. I am looking

forward to a time when I can try them and buy your forthcoming cookbook!

Question about iodine: Does anyone take supplements? If so, which one and how

much.
