Question regarding insurance coverage when surgery is for cosmetic reasons

Hello All-

I might possibly have jaw surgery but it would be for cosmetic reasons

only. I have a long face a long protruding chin that I don't like.

Both my upper and lower jaw have a deformity, however I don't have any

problems. I am not in any pain, my chewing and eating is fine, speech

is fine, no headaches, etc. However, this surgery is crazy expensive.

Is there any way to get it covered by insurance (my insurance is Blue

Cross Blue Shield) even if I am not in any pain, and not having any

problems?
