I went in and had the staples removed today. We did not have a

real accurate presurgery weight since the last weight my surgeon had was

from November. On January 9 I weighted in at one doctors office at 363.

I am now down to 354. I am still retaining a lot of water so I am hoping

for better results in 6 weeks.
