Because even in the midst of your outcry, you still credited those who arent able to understand you as you wish--you gave them full credit for being decent humans. THIS is a gift of immeasurable magnitude. A rare one. Don't forget. You find the family you belong to in life. Somtimes it is the one you were born to, sometimes it isn't until later when your natal family has matured some, sometimes it is others outside the family, sometimes the people you 'belong to' are all of the above... The outsider almost always has the more true view of the world.
