I am 20 months out so I know how you feel. I found

that now that I've lost the weight I am a fat person

in a smaller persons body. I have to readjust my mind.

I still need to be mindful of what I can and can not

eat.

I found that low-carb is a great way for me to live. I

try to limit myself on too many carbs but I also have

to adjust my carb levels based on how I am working

out. If I am working out like crazy then I have to

boost my carbs a little so that I can have the

energy/fuel that is needed.

I think that if WW will help you to handle your food

issues then go for it. You have to do what works for

you so that you can be successful.
