New to group/Introduction

Howdy there!

It's amazing that it's been just over a year, and almost more than that,

it's amazing to finally be able to say hello to you all! I had a Lap RNY on

December 2, 2002, and had actually lost at a pretty steady clip until about 3-4

months ago. Since then, it's been more of a trickle, but at least it's in

the right direction.

I'm 26 and from Silver Spring, land, just outside of Washington, DC.

I had my surgery performed by Dr. Frederick Finelli out of the Washington

Hospital Center. Now I'm trying to figure out the whole plastic surgery thing,

where I'm going (both literally and figuratively), and what my relationship

exactly IS with food. I know, I know... Most everyone seems to be singing the

same song.

A lot of your posts kept me going during this first year. Thanks!
