Hi Sue,

This happens to me if I don't take my calcium. I get bad night time

cramping, starts in my feet/toes and then goes up the leg if I don't get it

under control. I try to do my calcium starting about 6-7 at night with the

last 500mg dose right at bed time. I'm kind of weird as I take three

different types of calcium - I don't have a good reason as to why, it just

seems to help me get it in. I do the powdered Upcal from VitaLady, then

the chewable citrate calcium from Twinlabs and then lastly the Citracal Plus

with Magnesium. For some reason I notice that if I only do the chewable

from twin labs that I still cramp up at night. So I add the others in and

the variety of it helps me to get in the calcium.

Hope this helps,

Joanie
