Am I overreacting?

I am 20 months post op and today I was able to eat 3/4 of a quarter

pounder plus fries. I was working and eating at the same time and

before I realized it I had eaten that much.

Now this is a first for me. Of course we all worry that we might mess

up but I am just kinda scared.

I know that over time I will be able to eat more but this seems a

little soon.

I am looking for any kind of feedback. I know I should have not gone

to Mcs in the first place. Now I know I will not go back for a

long time.

here is a little about me. I had open rny 04/03, gall bladder removal

06/03 and bile duct bypass in 08/03. While I feel that having the two

surgeries back to back was a lot I feel really good. I've lost a total

of 156 lbs and have a new life that I do not want to lose.
