Warm air has moved into Kansas City today from the West, so it's rainy and

humid, which makes it hard to breath. Every time we have high humidity I feel

worse and have a hard time breathing. It's supposed to turn colder and turn to

snow by midnight Christmas Eve. So, we may have a white Christmas.

I'm trying to do some baking today. My famous Blackberry Jam cake, and fudge

that my kids like so well......have to stop and rest now and then.

I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. I'm so

happy to be a part of this group. I have already learned more from all of you

than from my doctors. You're a wonderful group.

Warm regards,

Pat
