peanut butter cookies

Just thought I would share a recipe that has kept me sane-when I thought I

couldn't do protein anymore.

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup Splenda or Sugarlike (thanks vitalady)

1 egg

Stir and make into 16 large cookies or more small ones. Bake at 350 degrees

for around 10-12 minutes depending on size--cookies will brown on edges....

2 cookies are similar to a protein bar (190 calories, 5-7 grams carbs, and 8

gram--ok, a weak protein bar--of protein). These are soft and chewy cookies

that melt in your mouth.
