+++Hi a. Are you referring to heartburn or some other stomach reaction?

Taking HCl 30 minutes - 2 hours after eating is more beneficial than taking it

during meals.

+++You take HCl the same if the meal contains all meat and fat.

+++Yes, it probably does, but it's got a big job to do, including re-balancing

all of its nutrient levels, reconstructing all of the body's cell membranes,

cleansing the entire body, chelating out heavy metals, getting rid of tons of

toxins, rebuilding, etc.

+++Hi a. There is a valve between your esophagus and your stomach, and

when it does not close properly it allows stomach contents to get into the

esophagus, including even a tiny bit of HCl which will burn it.

Oddly enough in order for that valve to close properly there must be enough HCl

in the stomach.

Another factor can be a hiatal hernia which is where a part of the stomach

pushes up between the diaphragm and the esophagus which pushes on that valve and

not allowing it to close properly. Search the internet for images of this so

you understand it.

Try to see an osteopath, chiropractor or naturopath who is familiar with hiatal

hernias and see if that is also your problem. They can teach you how to adjust

it, or see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig11.php

I'd get the hiatal hernia adjusted first, and then start on HCl after you are

able to adjust it.

When you get heartburn take 1/4 tsp. of baking soda in water and slowly sip on

it; when the burning stops, stop drinking it. But don't take more than 2 tsp of

baking soda a day or it will throw off mineral balances since it contains sodium

(salt).

Hi again Bee.

I am so sorry that I wasn't clearer... I do not have acid reflux (heartburn)

normally. I just had it recently happen when I took hydrochloric acid- so I

quit taking it.

I'm wondering what would cause that to happen after taking hcl when I never had

a problem with heartburn. It couldn't be retracing since I've never had that

problem.

Thanks.

Have you had your T3, T4 levels checked? Amour can affect those labs

and contribute to wild swings.

Jaco;

Yes, I have. Free T4 and Free T3 are very low. T4 is normal and T3 is

borderline low (my says it's too low)

How does Armour cause swings? It never did in the past! Only after LDN did I

get these crazy swings.

Because it has T3 and T4 in it. But LDN if it is modulating your immune system,

could be your antibody levels are decreasing and your thyroid meds may be too

heavy a dose. Have your antibodies been checked?

Hi Jaco;

Can you tell me names for the antibodies and I will check my tests?

I am on a " micro-dose " of Armour due to Thyroid meds really loosening my bowels

and I have very bad D with Crohn's/Colitis.

BTW- Thyroid meds have been adjusted quite a few times since all of this.

Thanks..

+++Vitamin A deficiency actually causes high keratin levels in the blood, so it

is very important that you take " true " vitamin A, called retinol, which is in

fish " liver " oils.

> 5. My probiotics have some brown rice culture...can I still use it?

+++It is very soon for you to take probiotics, which is the last step of my

program, and I don't believe they are very important in the big picture - your

body will naturally create proper probiotics when it is capable enough. If the

rice is low on the list of ingredients it probably wouldn't cause problems.

diet?)? If you cheat will it set you back as far as retracing?

+++Hi Correy. Retracing starts when your body gets all of the nutrients it

requires in order to heal itself (diet plus all supplements). One cheat here

and there won't set a person back.

>

> 2) I have estrogen dominance and my left breast hurts when I do not have my

period. I am very worried about not taking anything to appose the estrogen like

natural progesterone cream. It would take me 10 months or more to get better

and I am concerned going all that time without the cream or the Benefiber(that

fiber helps your body get rid of excess estrogen).

+++This program, with it high " good " fats gets rid of excess estrogen, so please

don't be concerned. High estrogen comes from toxic-substances which must be

detoxified. Using progesterone poses many dangers, since all hormones are very

powerful so taking them interferes with the healing process.

+++Your body is very capable of adjusting and rebalancing its hormone levels if

you give it what it needs to do that, which is diet plus only the supplements

recommended. People who overtreat themselves by taking other supplements or

treatments do not progress well, and often healing stops because of

overtreatment - more is not better.

+++Fibre is very damaging to anyone's health, particularly the digestive system,

so even healthy people shouldn't have it - see these articles:

>I know you say only take the supplements recommended but is this an exception

to the rule. I am afraid of getting cancer if I don't take either the

+++Candida is either a precursor to cancer (comes before it and if not cured it

turns into cancer) as these articles indicate:

OR Cancer IS candida like Dr. Simoncini believes:

Hi Ruth and welcome!

I`m not full of info about Lyme but others are and I`m sure will offer up some

advice.

I do know that most people here (probably everyone) plan on taking LDN for ever.

Since it helps with so many things, even if your particular issues get taken

care of, it seems to make sense to just take it indefinitely.

Ruth,

Whether you take LDN for life or not depends on your health problem and what

caused it. If it's genetic, you will probably have to take it for life. If it

was caused by environmental toxins, you may be able to stop after several

months. Dr. McCandleess, who treats autistic children, says that some autistic

children only need it for 6-8 months, which is the amount of time it takes to

correct the immune system. That's if the autism is caused by toxins (ie,

mercury in vaccines,) rather than genetics.

I took it only 20 days for years of nerve damage from psyhe pills. I've been

off it for almost 20 days now and am maintaining a lot of gains.

I am taking LDN with hydrocortisone (also for adrenal fatigue) and have had no

problems with it. Have been on the LDN since mid-April.

Olive Oil. Coincidentally it was those nights my mind was over-active and I was

unable to sleep. Could the poor oils be enough to feed candida and/or trigger

that kind of sleepless reaction?

+++Amy, not all foods that aren't included on this program feed candida. Foods

like bad oils and fats are damaging to the body even though they don't feed

candida. Heated olive oil doesn't feed candida but it is damaging to anyone's

health.

to consuming damaging foods. See this article for help with sleeping:

Hi ,

Welcome to Bee's group! I'll try to answer some of your questions.

> my first question is if you eat the 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sauerkraut do you still

have to take hcl?

No. If your digestion is pretty good, you can just eat the sauerkraut. I

couldn't take HCl in the beginning because even one capsule would cause painful

burning.

> second i've had ring worm on my face for almost 2 years. ... will it ever go

away?

The reason for the swelling the next day is that your body is trying hard to

detoxify. While esthetically you might not like this, from a healing

perspective, it is a good thing because it indicates that your body is trying to

get rid of stuff. According to the principles of natural healing, it will take

one month for every year you have had this problem for it to be healed. That

means if you have had this for 2 years, it will take 2 months to heal. The time

starts once you are fully on the diet and taking all the supplements.

Hope this helps!

Ten Reasons to Throw out your Microwave Oven

From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific

clinical studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting

in our kitchens. Based on this research, we will conclude this

article with the following:

1). Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes

long term - permanent - brain damage by " shorting out " electrical

impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain

tissue].

2). The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-

products created in microwaved food.

3). Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by

continually eating microwaved foods.

4). The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long

term, permanent] within the human body.

5). Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is

reduced or altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit,

or the human body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.

6). The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free

radicals when cooked in microwave ovens.

7). Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths

[tumors]. This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer

in America.

8). The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells

to increase in human blood.

9). Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system

deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.

10). Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration,

emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.

Have you tossed out your microwave oven yet?

After you throw out your microwave you can use a toaster oven as a

replacement. It works well for most and is nearly as quick.

Try www.HerbSpiceTea.com, the San Francisco Herbs shop. That is where

Dr. used to shop a lot.

Microwaving food produces toxins in the food due to localized hot

spots, as well as other effects that are still being studied.

+++Hi Suzanne. The reason you aren't getting healing reactions is because you

need to start at the beginning of the program, mainly with diet and supplements,

and of course coconut oil which is not only antifungal but provides many other

health benefits.

You cannot cure candida by trying to " kill it off " with antifungals or by trying

to get rid of it. It just doesn't work that way. Candida is only cured by

building up the immune system, which is done by:

1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements),

2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and

cancer),

3) Eliminating damaging foods, and

4) Eliminating toxins in general.

It is mainly the nutrients from the diet and supplements that build up your

immune system. So please start by following the article " Curing Candida, How to

Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php

> I took nystatin tablets. For 4 days I had no symptoms. Then they came back. I

supplements first, and of course coconut oil.

is of utmost importance. The tests you need are Free T3, FreeT4, RT3 and TSH.

1) how do i know if I am transitional hypo or permanent hypo? My endocrionogist

does not want to give me medication because he thinks i am transitional.

2) my cholesterol is elevated as a result of being hypo. how do you manage your

cholesterol? by drugs?

3) if i have to be on thyroid meds, are armour or other natural drugs always

better than synthetic?

4) is finding the right dose of thyroid med a long process? Any tips?

Thanks,

Ruby

I have had hypoT family members for many decades and have never

encountered the phrasing, " transitional hypothyroid. " Do you (and your

endo) mean " subclinical? " That is the only context in which Google

seemed to find the phrase as well. Autoimmune conditions do go through

transitional phases, but that is not at all a justification for not

medicating.

Mainly by getting the thyroid dose right.

I would say that is a rather individual thing. Some react badly to one

form or the other or to fillers. And, there are other parts of the

feedback system that can go haywire.

It took me about 10 weeks total, but my doctor knew how to estimate dose

adjustments well, and he was fairly aggressive in getting to the full

replacement dose. If there is no cardiac issue, that is a relatively

safe procedure.
