Cookbooks for egg-free SCD?

Can anyone advise me which are the best cookbooks for

doing egg-free SCD? I don't know how the various SCD

cookbooks compare since I can't see them in a

bookstore. I need a SCD cookbook that either has a

good number of egg-free recipes or egg subsitutions

that work well in recipes that normally have eggs in

them.
