Gastoentiritis - good or bad time to start diet

Hi,

I posted earlier to day, but our situation has changed once again.

My son has now developed gastroentiritis, and is asleep in bed with

temperature. We've done the diet for a day, abut I'm sure he's reacted to the

digestive enzymes we gave him (as this has happened before). Is it a good time

to pursue the diet, or should I give him what he wants until he is back on his

feet.

At the moment he is turning down my intro diet of meat balls and butternut

squah.???

Also, can I give him paracetamol, or give him nothing for the temperature?

All the best
