Glad to hear you're doing so well after your hip surgery. Just a couple of suggestions. One of my friends had hip surgery & they gave her a thing to pull on your socks so you don't have to bend. It really works. It is plastic & fits the back of your leg. You put your socks on it, slip your foot into it & then pull the strings on the sides & on goes your sock. They also gave her elastic shoe laces & an apparatus to tie them. She got them from the gal in physical therapy.
