I need Help!

I have been experiencing severe back pain, shoulder pain, leg pain, ankle pain, feet pain, hand pain--all over pain. It started up on Friday and it has been with me since. Sometimes when I think it is letting up it knocks me back down. At times I can't walk. Please, does anyone have any info on this. This pain has been the worse pain!
