off to a good start!!!!

Patti and everyone else that gave us advice! My son has come down with an

illness since

the other night when I wrote. we are taking this time to reread and and focus

primarily on

the starter diet, stocking up on necessary foods and hiding all others, ordering

and

waiting for yogart maker and starter ect. Thank you all for your input this

time we are

going to get it right! i have a few questions to ask then I will be setting

down tonight to

print out all suppliment items that I either cannot find on the legal/illegal

list and or

computer for varification. Like I said I want to get this right!

first question, What is the best way to make your own grape juice? We have been

giving

him 1/2 h2o and white grape juice but we have been using the organic Stana Fe

in a jar.

Like everything else I'm reading I'm assuming that is one of those things we

cannot be

sure all ingredience. Please tell me I do not have to go in my back yard and

stomp the

grapes out like they use to do? sorry for the humor but like most of you, I

just never

imagined I would be doing many things I am having to do. Oh well, he's worth

it!!!!

Secondly, If we feel the need to try activated charcoal at any point how much do

you try

and what do I look for or not look for when purchasing this?
