Just wanted you to know that every CIGNA policy is different so unfortunately

just because some people have been approved doesn't mean you won't have a

battle. Also - the lawyer at obesity help is in friend of the infamous one -

stay away from him! Find out exactly why you were denied. If there is an

absolute exclusion in your policy you will probably have a very hard road -

they are not very bending about exclusions apparently. Good luck in your

battle!
