Thanks for all of the information and comments about large doses of

vit c and possibly mg citrate.

I'll look into both more on my own.

We needed large doses of vit c for our son's constipation and we

changed from mg glycinate to mg citrate b/c of his constipatiion.

Both changes helped him to have daily BM's however, we also observed

an increase in his anxiety/sleeplessness and irritability.
