Patti suggested I post Chloe's diet to get feedback and advice. She

has been on the SCD for 2 months. She is 2 (this week) and has

unexplained developmental delays. None of her MDs have mentioned

autism. She drank milk for one year prior to us knowing she had an

allergy to casein.

Saturday:

Scrambled eggs with avocado fried in butter

Smoothie (almond butter, banana, yogurt, dry curd cottage cheese)

1/3 banana nut muffin from BTVC

1/3 steamed pear

1/3 steamed peach

10oz of 1/4 welch's purple grape juice and 3/4 water

Kirkman's multi-vitamin/mineral

Kirkmans' probiotic (the legal one)

Acetyl-L carnitine (confirmed no illegals)

Nordic Naturals Fish oil (1tsp)

Sunday:

Scrambled eggs with avocado fried in butter

Smoothie (almond butter, banana, yogurt, dry curd cottage cheese)

Two tiny bites of porkchop cooked in olive oil with honey on top

Acorn squash

Same supplements

She has had a cold for weeks - first coughing, now green nasal

discharge and yellow/green eye discharge. I have been avoiding

antibiotics but she is miserable. My husband, son and I all took

antibiotics to get better. I think I have to give them to her. It

has literally been over 3 weeks. At any rate, she isn't eating well

right now.

Yogurt question - twice my yogurt lid has popped off (both the outer

and inner lids) while making yogurt. Both times I caught it right

away but what if I don't?

Thanks!

Amy
