Yet another Newbee

Hi! I'm Cheryl Ellis and from NC. I'm about 90 miles southeast of Durham.

I've been lurking on this site for about 3 weeks. I received my insurance

letter about three weeks ago, but was afraid to send it until I saw my PCP.

I was petrified that she would nix the whole thing. I saw her today. Much

to my surprise she was all for it! What a relief! Seems she studied under

Dr. R in med school. She's also had two other patients who had the surgery

and have had fabulous results with no complications. Anyway, I am now

finally ready to begin the process. I am so excited, hopeful and scared all

at the same time.

I have really appreciated the support I've seen on this site. I look forward

to getting to know all of you better.
