Oooo - that is cute! I have some empty baby food jars that would do

for pots. I'm going to go mix up some pineapple gelatin right now!

(And I need to see if I have a circular cookie cutter to use!)

Just wondering how you're adapting the kiwi lime pie for SCD. Obviously, you

can't use the graham crackers for the crust(nut flour & butter?). What are you

using to replace the sweetened condensed milk? That's the bigger question.
