What would one do with coconut flour????

does anyone have experience using coconut flour? i want to know how

it compares with nut butters in digestibility. my daughter is not

tolerating nut butters yet, and i'd like to try coconut flour

instead. she has a hard time with anything greasy, and the nut

butters seem greasy.

Coconut is very fiberous, and an advanced food. If she cannot tolerate the nut

butters or flours, then it is too soon for coconut flour.
