There are SCD bakeries but no ready made meals. The " mildness " of your symptoms does not preclude rapid multiplication of harmful bacteria. Before Elaine died, I recall our Toronto SCD " foodie " Jodi Bager of J.Gourmet showing Elaine some main dishes she wanted to freeze and sell but I haven't seen them in any stores.
