Magnesium Citrate Capsules and Magnesium Sulfate Cream

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if a child can take both Mg Citrate orally (600 mg/day) and

use magnesium sulfate cream?

Mg Citrate is primarily used for constipation (along with vitamin c). But we

would like to add the magnesium cream to help as he doesn't like baths, where we

would use epsom salts.

Yes, you can do both the oral supplement and use the cream/lotions..... or epsom

salts (magnesium sulfate) baths.
