Guest guest
I just had to share this recipe I found on one of the celiac websites. It sounded so delicious that I came straight home from work and made it for dinner! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take one Kinnikinnick frozen pizza crust and rub butter over the top and bottom of the crust. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cut into 4 long slices and place on foil on cookie sheet. Bake for about 7-10 minutes until light brown on top and bottom. Take out of oven and pile high with mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Dip garlic bread sticks into ranch dressing. It was absolutely delicious. Gosh, I remember "real" garlic melted cheese bread when we could eat it, and this came really darn close! I have a really good homemade ranch dressing that is easy to make if anyone wants it. Enjoy!
