How much did you weigh when you had surgery, , I am so worried that I'll

go over the 350 mark I weigh somewheres in the vicinity of 338-341 right now,

depends on who's scale I'm standing on... LOL

Don't want to get down there at 351 and Dr. R. say forget it!!

Three things

1. To the person who needed to come down 50 pounds to

qualify... it's worth it. Please know that I had too

loose 10 pounds to qualify and Gloria (the former Big

Red) had to loose about 50 or so and I also met one

girl at the support group here in Durham who had to

loose about 40 pounds first. Write Dr. R and tell him

how much you want this surgery and you are willing to

begin loosing. Send in your packet anyway.

2. To the girl in Durham looking for a contact. I'll

be in town here in Durham until Nov 1. YOu are

welcome to call me at rm 311. I'll be

glad to be a contact.

3. To the person who reminded some of you wonderful

listers to remember to start each message off to the

list as a clean message and delete all that in line
