Age starting diet

One thing that disturbed us today when the nutritionist mentioned it would

have been better if the " work had been done " (nutritionally speaking) with

between 2-4 yrs old. Since he is already 7 yrs old is this going to take

longer to make an impact on him or see a difference?

Anyone having started the diet on an older child please feel free to relate

your experiences if comfortable privately or otherwise.
