I agree with Neva. I wish I had done that with my kids about 3 years ago.

My kids are so picky and it's because I let them be. My husband was a picky

eater as a child and he tells me all the time it's because he knew his mother

would cater to him. He's still kind of picky and does not have healthy

eating habits. On the other hand, my parents gave me a choice, eat what's on

your plate or don't eat until the next meal. Now as an adult I will try new

foods, eat vegetables and will eat almost anything.

Just my 2 cents...
