Subject: gfcf hamburger buns

I am in the process of starting my child on a gfcf diet. He enjoys

hamburgers and I would like to find a gf hamburger bun that tastes

similar to the conventional hamburger bun. I have seen some gf ready

to eat hamburger buns and gf bread mixes that buns can be made with.

Does anyone have any suggestions what we should try?
