Guest guest
Probably your best bet is to experiment with baking your own bread- Bette Hagman has a gf bread cookbook that are full of recipes that are either casein free or easily adapted. Ener-g foods also has some casein free breads, which some people find palatable when toasted. > > Hi. I am a new member and newly diagnosed. I am trying hard to find some tasty gluten > free bread. I also can't eat casein, so it has to be dairy free as well. Please can someone > recommend a gf-df bread that isn't heavy and dry ... and actually tastes remotely like > bread!? Guest guest
Contact www.icaneatthat.com. Or go to google "gluten-free casein-free" and see what comes up. Look up the Gluten-free mall. Subscribe to Living Without Magazine. There's so much out there. Bread will ALWAYS be an issue. A lot of folks like the bread by Kinnickinnick or whatever it is. You need to do the research. AND you may have to make peace with the bread issue. Food is fuel. Eat what's good for your body and forget the rest. There's nothing in this world that is sooooooooooo delicious that one can't live without in exchange for good health. My Two Cents, B
