Trying to convert a recipe

Hey everyone...I have a recipe that calls for semi-sweet chocolate

squares (x 6). Can anyone help me with a substitute for this? I

wanted to try the Nestle Choco Bake, but this is liquid unsweetened

chocolate and I have no idea how to convert it, how much sugar to

add, etc. Thanks in advance...if I can convert this cookie recipe,

I'll post it.
