Guest guest
Hi there everyone, I am a 37-year-old woman who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 15 months ago after years of mysterious fatigue and ailments. I was diagnosed in Tucson, where I've been going to grad school, but now I'm returning to my native Bay Area. I'd like to find a good internist, and a good GI doc, and they both must take United Healthcare. I'll be living in the East Bay but am willing to travel for the right docs. My health has been very rocky even eating gluten free although it has improved in the past three weeks or so. I'd appreciate any help you could provide. thanks! p.s. I think one thing that might have improved my situation recently is taking the probiotic VSL#3 (www.vsl3.com) - Expensive, but I highly recommend it for people who have IBS or similar symptoms, and/or have fatigue coupled with a long history of taking antibiotics.
