Update..

As some of you may know my youngest son is gluten intolerent and I have

deleted alot of gluten from his diet. BUT the way I have deleted the gluten

is mostly just feeding my son veggies and fruits which isn't a big problem

cause he loves fruits and veggies..the only gluten he gets in when we go

outside the house such as resturants/mini markets for food or in bread.

Anyway...As some of you know my oldest son has autism..and the reason I am on

some autism related lists and I found out today that my son is casein and

gluten intolerant. My problem?? He doesn't touch foods that don't have gluten

or casein in them..everything he eats has each of them. Or atleast 95%. So

please what I am asking after all my rambling is PLEASE give me ideas of

where to SERIOUSLY start this diet for my autistic son!! I also have to order

a bunch of vitamin supplements from Kirkman Laboratories for him. I was

thinking about not ordering the samples and just ordering the regular

shipments avilable..What do you all think about the first order? Which should

I order..samples or regular? How hard will it be to delete casein and gluten

from a child that has had it since they were 4 months old and is currently 13

years old? Any ideas in this area would be greatly appreciated cause I want

to help him and I want to hear his voice again so badly. I feel badly about

doing this diet thing cause I know he won't be happy about it and I have

tried to make his life happy you know? I am rambling..lol..I am

sorry..anyway..any help on or offlist would be greatly appreciated! Take

care,

Sue..
