Hi,

This past summer my oldest son got sick and the Dr told us he is

Celiac. I said great I have the diet all work out since my youngest

son is already following the GFCFDiet. The look on the Drs faces were

one of puzzlement. They couldn't believe I would be that prepared.

Three months later they told him to stop the diet and he was retested

and turns out he doesnt need the diet. We never have figured out what

cause him to be sick in the first place. He is 15 yrs old and the

diet was not appealing to him, but he did great giving it a try. My

youngest son doesnt have a trouble at all with the foods because he

has gotten use to the taste and textures.
