I've been reading about Injera (ethiopian flatbread made from teff or

millet) and finding that as it is prepared in Ethiopia, it is gluten

free. But, at many restaurants in the states, they use a gluten

version. Does anyone know of any restaurants (especially in San )

that serve gluten free Injera? I found this web site listing

restaurants, but it's pretty impossible to tell if they have gluten

free injera or not...
