Guest guest Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 I've been reading about Injera (ethiopian flatbread made from teff or millet) and finding that as it is prepared in Ethiopia, it is gluten free. But, at many restaurants in the states, they use a gluten version. Does anyone know of any restaurants (especially in San ) that serve gluten free Injera?
