Hi,

I am pleased to report that the procedure on my back three weeks ago has proved

to be highly successful. The surgeon carried out a three-level disc

decompression, fitting Coflexes to L3/4 and L4/5. The recovery instructions are

(a) no sitting, except for meals and other necessary activities and (B) lots of

walking – I am covering around six miles or more every day.

I shall be having further tests for the sarc monster, although the ACE levels

were under control before the operation.
