Help with chat times

I am unable to make decisions right now, even minor ones. I've been wrestling with the chat thing & getting frustrated. The Wed. 9pm EST seems to work with several folks, but I'd like to have a couple of other times. Is there anyone out there with a "calling" to take this on? I'll be at the chats; I just can't seem to pick times. The only times I can't be there are Thurs. evenings & Sunday mornings.
