Guest guest Posted February 14, 2006 Report Share Posted February 14, 2006 In the Business Section of the Mercury News this morning, Mcs admits that their fries contain potential allergens because of the oil they use to fry the potatoes in. The potato suppliers supposedly remove all wheat and dairy proteins from their potatoes, but the flavoring agents in the cooking oil are a derivative of wheat and dairy ingredients. There we have it.
