Guest guest
Hi - Is it really necessary to increase serotonin levels if they are low in our kids. My kids don't really have many sleep problems that I'm aware of. Most of my daughter's night terrors went away once we became GFCF. Occasionally she'll have a night terror if she is sick. Her moods can be difficult to handle sometimes. Still, I need to know if it is medically necessary for her recovery to increase her serotonin levels and if so, why? Also, why are her levels so low in the first place, is it because of mercury poisoning, etc.?
