Thank you for your post. I should not have called the back of her head a

" ridge " . It's like a valley. It goes straight down the middle of the back of

her head - it follows the inside " seam " of the doc band. Since they only shave

on one side of the seam, there is a little drop off in the band. I think when

my daughter is on her side, the inside seam digs into her head and causes this

indentation. I'm hoping to get into CT tomorrow and I'll post my experience.
