My daughter also started sleeping on her stomach when she got her

helmet. It has not been an issue and I am comfortable with it because

the helmet keeps her from being face down in the crib. Maybe it does

have something to do with the weight of the helmet and it may be more

comfortable for them with the weight of it on the front. Who knows?
