Guest guest
Hey - My son was casted for his first DOCBand and scanned for his second. I didn't notice anything drastically different with the fit, as much as the cut was a little different and took some getting used to visually (the caps weren't as rounded, the side was wider, etc). My son did have a red spot with his second one that was more severe than the one we had with the first, and it sounds like it might be in the same place as 's...on the inside of the front cap, up near where his soft spot used to be (it's closed already cause he's older). We waited until his one week check to get that area looked at and our therapist shaved just the slightest bit away and the red spot went away instantly. I'm not quite clear on the crease you refer to on the side of her forehead. Can you try explaining that again? Is it a red/pressure area or is there a dent? I'm just having a hard time picturing it. Guest guest
, Thanks for your reply! When the band is closed where it "falls" above her left eye there is a red indentation about 1/2" x 3". I think it's pressure. It also looks like her eyes are smooshed down. I can't get the Mama ain't happy out of my head, it's increasing;) I've continued the 3 hour checks and the soft spot spot it's taking over 2 hours to fade. The fun never ends!
