Guest guest
I think they may mean the regular rubbing alcohol? There is a " scented " version in wintergreen, but it's not recommended. There are also some other alcohol based products that come scented but the scented ingredients can cause skin irritation. I don't know of any non- smelling rubbing alcohol, just the regular stuff that has that pungent scent. Unless somebody else has heard differently. But we just use the regular 91% alcohol. Guest guest
I guess the regular rubbing alcohol would be considered the " unscented " as opposed to the " wintergreen scented " . Although rubbing alcohol does have a pungent smell, it evaporates within seconds and you can't really smell it anymore. Anything with perfumes or dyes have the potential to be irritating to the baby's skin. I think it's best to minimalize what you apply to them, especially in an area where their skin may be compromised due to pressure or rubbing from the helmet. : ) - Mom to: Jadyn 8 Months (Gets helmet this Friday!
